These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between:
On the one hand,
The company WILFRIED PRIVATE CAR
Hereinafter referred to as "the seller" or SASU WILFRIED PRIVATE CAR (WPC)
And on the other hand,
Any natural or legal person wishing to use the services of the SASU WILFRIED PRIVATE CAR
Hereinafter referred to as "the customer"
Collectively referred to as "the parties"
The general terms and conditions of sale are legal and obligatory information for all companies with a commercial activity. They allow to define the responsibility of each of the parties, customers and sellers as well as to limit the litigation.
The company WILFRIED PRIVATE CAR invites you to consult regularly the General conditions of sales which are likely to be modified at any time and without notice. The customer who has validated a reservation or a purchase order acknowledges having read the GTC. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the day of final validation on your part.
We operate a touring car operator activity with chauffeur. The availability of a vehicle without the service of a driver is impossible. We are forbidden to search for customers on public road. Our services are only available on reservation at the latest two hours before the start of these. After this time, WPC will not be able to guarantee you availability. Bookings are made by phone (07.69.60.64.26), by e-mail (email@example.com) or on our website (www.wilfriedprivatecar.com). When the seller has received your reservation request, he will send you a quotation which is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance of the booking. The quotation will be considered validated and definitive upon your return signed and mentioned "good for agreement".
The driver's salary, fuel, baggage transport, mileage and time, professional liability insurance, vehicle costs and maintenance and toll charges are included in our service rates.
We do not charge the costs of parking, the costs of admission to the sites or public places (castles, exhibitions, monuments, museums,…), the costs of accommodation of the driver * (one night and a breakfast: 80 euros incl. VAT) as well as his meal costs * ( package 20 euros TTC).
* For all services on the time ranges between 12 hours and 1 p.m. and/or 19 hours and 21 hours, a meal for the driver (25 euros, not subject to VAT) will be charged at an additional cost. Also for the cost of accommodation of the driver when making available for several days. On a long journey the driver is obliged to take a break.
Time and mileage are counted as such:

After the customer's flight or train journey, the baggage is to be recovered. The driver waits for the customer with a signed sign of his name or pseudonym given during the reservation. If the customer does not see the driver, he must contact him by phone (07.69.60.64.26). If the driver is not informed by the customer, he will consider that he has not presented himself. The service will be cancelled and charged at 100% of the price including the initial quotation.
We include in our rates a 30 minute waiting time for baggage retrieval by the customer. Beyond these 30 minutes a surcharge of 20 euros in increments of 15 minutes will be added to your final invoice.
The company Wilfried private car is not responsible for the delays of the rail and air traffic, and the hazards of the proper functioning of the airport services, beyond this waiting time an amount of 20 euros TTC (in price day week) and 25 euros TTC (in night and week-end rates) will be charged per 15-minute instalment (every quarter of an hour started is due).
It is expressly agreed that delays on transport delays due to unforeseen traffic difficulties do not open rights to allowances of any kind (traffic jams, accidents, deviations, weather conditions, various events…)
Additional billing will be requested from customers for any exceedances of time and/or kilometers (change of routes) not foreseen in the initial quotation. All hours or kilometers started is due.
For all cancellations, the customer must notify the seller in writing: e-mail or SMS. They also incur fees:
When booking 50% of the quotation will be requested non-refundable.
7 days before the assumption, 75% of the price of the quote TTC will be required.
48 hours before the assumption, 100% of the price of the quote TTC will be required.
Our rates are made in relation to the kilometers calculated by the vehicle's GPS, Michelin and Mappy. It is therefore important to send us when booking, the exact and detailed address of your destination. Without these indications we will take the point furthest from departures and arrivals.
For wedding and tourism packages a deposit of 40% will be paid for the reservation (not returnable). The remainder of the balance must reach us at least 3 days before the benefit.
Our missions are payable in cash, either by credit card or by species. Above 100 euros 30% of the amount will be requested at the reservation. For companies with an account in the company, a monthly billing can be established and will have to be honored within 30 days of the date of issuance. Our prices are quoted on the quotes and invoices all taxes included and in euro. The rates of late penalties are 3 times the legal interest rate (from the date of the amount due).
No discount is granted.
The vehicle: any deterioration inside or outside will be charged to the customer. It is forbidden to smoke, drink and eat in our vehicles (unless the driver agrees). The driver is entitled to stop the service for any reason he or she deems dangerous or detrimental to the smooth running of the route. People with over-consumption of alcohol or narcotics are not accepted. Pets are allowed on condition that they are in a cage provided by the customer.
The driver will respect the highway code and shall not commit any offences.
The amount of baggage is proportional to the volume of the vehicle and must not exceed 25 kg. The baggage is the responsibility of the customer. The seller cannot be held responsible for the omissions or loss of objects in the vehicle or elsewhere during the performance. For all claims a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the head office within 8 days of the delivery. After this time they will not be taken into consideration.
Wilfried private car is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers.
Wilfried private car undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data collected on its website in accordance with French law Informatique et Liberté n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, Wilfried private car undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by the customer on its website and to use them only for the processing of its bookings.
The customer may exercise a right of access to his file and a right of rectification or deletion of the information concerning him by sending his request to the customer service of Wilfried private car.
